The mission of Farinera Coromina (Agri-Energia S.A.) is to transform bread into a tasty, healthy and sustainable food, through artisan bakery.
Farinera Coromina supplies artisan bakers with high-quality flours to help them differentiate themselves, offering an advisory service that covers the entire baking process. In recent years, our leadership in the artisan bakery segment has been extended to high-end pastries, especially cakes, and also artisan pizzas. We strive to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations at all times, and we do so with the utmost respect for the safety of our employees and consumers, as well as for the environment.
A hallmark that characterizes the company in terms of Food Safety is the implementation of a Food Safety Management system based on the UNE-EN ISO 22000:2018 Standard. To achieve this goal, Agri-Energia S.A. is committed to complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements of ISO 22000.
